This is a true product role, rather than a brand or campaign-led position. You’ll sit at the intersection of commercial, technical and customer, taking ownership of a core product portfolio and driving its performance in market.
You’ll be responsible for shaping product strategy, identifying gaps, and leading the development and launch of new and existing products. Working cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, technical teams and diverse stakeholders, you’ll ensure products are not only fit for purpose, but commercially successful.
A key part of the role is operating within a structured product development environment, you’ll need to understand and confidently articulate stage-gate processes, and be comfortable managing products from concept through to launch and beyond.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years proven Product Manager experience
- Background in a manufacturing environment (not purely distribution)
- Experience working within structured product development/stage-gate processes
- Confidence working with technical products (HVAC, heat pumps, electrical or similar advantageous)
- Strong commercial acumen - pricing, margins, performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, ability to create, grow and nurture relationships
