Duties
- Manage and optimise paid search and media campaigns
- Analyse data to improve conversion and ROI
- Run testing and experimentation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategy
- Identify and scale high-performing campaigns
- Proven experience in paid media and performance marketing
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta, and analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Commercial mindset with a drive for results
