About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, the People & Culture Business Partner plays a pivotal role in providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across the business. You will partner closely with leaders to strengthen capability, ensure compliance, and embed consistent people practices.
Duties
- Partner with the CEO and Leadership Team on people strategy
- Provide expert advice on ER, performance and employment legislation
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and HR administration
- Maintain HR policies, systems and compliance frameworks
- Coach leaders on people management and performance conversations
- Support culture, engagement and development initiatives
- Prepare HR metrics, insights and reports
- Extensive generalist HR experience, including administration
- Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation
- Proven experience supporting leaders through ER matters
- Excellent communication, coaching and relationship skills
- Ability to design and implement HR frameworks and processes
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline
