About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, the People & Culture Business Partner plays a pivotal role in providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across the business. You will partner closely with leaders to strengthen capability, ensure compliance, and embed consistent people practices.

Duties
  • Partner with the CEO and Leadership Team on people strategy
  • Provide expert advice on ER, performance and employment legislation
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and HR administration
  • Maintain HR policies, systems and compliance frameworks
  • Coach leaders on people management and performance conversations
  • Support culture, engagement and development initiatives
  • Prepare HR metrics, insights and reports
Skills & Experience
  • Extensive generalist HR experience, including administration
  • Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation
  • Proven experience supporting leaders through ER matters
  • Excellent communication, coaching and relationship skills
  • Ability to design and implement HR frameworks and processes
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline
