About the Role
As National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing LG's partnership with key accounts. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will drive sales, strengthen relationships, and develop strategies to expand LG's presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key national retail accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Plan and manage the launch, distribution, promotion, and in-store display of LG products.
- Monitor sales performance and forecast demand to ensure continuity of supply.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Provide training and support to retail partners to maximize sell-in and sell-out opportunities.
- Participate in key discussions, including trading terms, product roadmaps, and promotional planning.
- Manage and support one direct report, ensuring alignment with company goals and encouraging professional development.
- Proven experience in key account management within consumer electronics or home appliances
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset and results-driven approach
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, particularly within major retail environments
- Ability to manage stock forecasting, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives
- A confident presenter with strong communication skills to engage key internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyse sales data and trends
