- Relevant qualifications in engineering, manufacturing or operations leadership desirable
Culture
This organisation values leaders who are visible, authentic and capable of inspiring their teams. The successful candidate will bring energy, curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The role requires someone who is equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up their sleeves on the shop floor — someone who enjoys solving problems, developing people and building a high-performance environment.
Benefits
- Opportunity to lead a significant manufacturing operation
- Platform to implement Lean transformation and CI practices
- Senior leadership role with influence across the organisation
