From its Head Quarters in Hastings, New Zealand FrostBoss® specialises in frost fan design and manufacturing in its modern, purpose-built factory using advanced robotics and precision engineering. ​The FrostBoss® range of frost fans is currently protecting a diverse range of crops on 6 continents.​

Their capability also includes tower fabrication, gear boxes, engine cabinet manufacturing and technology to support frost fan monitoring using FrostSmart®.
  
About  the Role
Reporting to the CEO, this role provides governance, coordination and hands-on support to ensure health, safety and environmental excellence across factory and field operations.
Duties
  • Partner with the CEO and Leadership Team on HSE strategy and priorities
    • Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures and frameworks
    • Coordinate incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
    • Maintain HSE records, training logs and compliance documentation
    • Support risk management, audits and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Align contractor, supplier and customer HSE requirements
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in HSE leadership or business partnering roles
    • Strong knowledge of New Zealand health and safety legislation
    • Experience in operational environments such as manufacturing or services
    • Ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels
    • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
