The gig (in plain English):
You’ll take the lead on a full tech step-change for a fast-growing, service-led organisation where customer experience is everything.
Think:
- Moving from “clever but creaking” systems to clean, scalable, joined-up tech

- Oversee developers and external tech partners (and rein them in when needed)

- Help deliver a “guide in your pocket” style customer app
- Lift capability across tools like Microsoft 365, cloud platforms and AI-enabled workflows
- Make sure systems talk to each other, data flows cleanly, and nothing critical lives in one person’s head
- You’re a Scrum Master, Change Manager or Delivery Lead ready to step up
- You’re tech-savvy enough to ask smart questions and spot nonsense
- You’ve worked in service-led environments where customer experience matters
- You’re calm under pressure, practical by nature, and allergic to unnecessary complexity
- You enjoy being the person who connects the dots and moves things forward
