About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Service delivery to lead and shape the high delivery of service to clients. Reporting to the General Manager, and in collaboration with the technical team this role will be pivotal in overseeing our multi-disciplinary service delivery functions – including body corporate management, legal, and administration.
You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure service consistency, compliance with contractual obligations and legislative standards, and most importantly, high client satisfaction. You’ll also have a direct hand in shaping team culture, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and embedding service excellence into every layer of the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of service professionals across multiple disciplines.
  • Overseeing service strategy execution, aligning operations with business goals.
  • Driving customer satisfaction through quality control, feedback loops, and innovation.
  • Implementing scalable systems and procedures to maintain and enhance service standards.
  • Ensuring team training, compliance, and ongoing performance management.
  • Monitoring client retention metrics and designing strategies for improvement.
  • Providing legal and operational oversight aligned with key legislation (e.g. Unit Titles Act, Building Act).
What We’re Looking For
You’re a strategic operator with a sharp service mindset and proven leadership experience. You thrive in dynamic environments, possess natural commercial and legal acumen, and have a clear passion for delivering operational excellence.

You Will Bring:
  • A tertiary qualification and a demonstrated commitment to continual learning.
  • 5–6 years of experience in senior service delivery roles across multi-functional teams.
  • Exceptional team leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience improving customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Strong financial and business management knowledge, especially in the property sector.
  • Strategic problem-solving and innovation capability.
  • Experience in property law is highly advantageous.
