About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive leadership role is responsible for leading end-to-end operations across manufacturing, engineering, warehousing and distribution. The position oversees large-scale operations across multiple sites and plays a critical role in driving strategic growth, operational efficiency and leadership capability.
Duties
- Lead manufacturing operations across multiple sites
• Drive COGS improvement and operational efficiencies
• Oversee engineering, maintenance and capital projects
• Lead warehousing, logistics and distribution functions
• Develop operational strategy and annual planning
• Champion continuous improvement and safety culture
• Build leadership capability and accountability
• Ensure quality, compliance and customer delivery outcomes
- Extensive senior leadership experience within FMCG manufacturing
• Strong operational and supply chain management capability
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams
• Proven success delivering change and transformation initiatives
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management capability
• Experience with capital investment and operational improvement
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business or related discipline preferred
