About the Role
Reporting to the CFO the GM Finance will partner closely with operational leaders across manufacturing and supply chain functions to drive productivity, profitability and strategic outcomes.
Duties
- Lead financial strategy, planning and performance management across operations
• Partner with operational leaders to improve productivity, efficiency and margin performance
• Deliver robust budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes
• Provide commercial insights and investment analysis for operational initiatives and capital projects
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
• Support executive-level decision making with clear commercial analysis and recommendations
- Proven senior finance leadership experience within manufacturing, processing or export-led industries
• Strong operational finance capability and commercial acumen
• Experience driving business performance across complex operational environments
• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience building high-performing teams
• CA qualification or equivalent
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
