About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is far more than a traditional finance leadership position. The Finance Director will operate as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor, providing enterprise-wide insight, supporting critical decision-making, and ensuring clarity in a fast-moving environment. This role offers significant visibility and influence across the organisation.
Duties
  • Partner closely with the Managing Director to support strategic business decisions
  • Provide commercially focused financial leadership across the enterprise
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis
  • Identify operational and commercial risks early and provide practical solutions
  • Influence senior stakeholders across operations, sales, technology, and people functions
  • Drive accountability, performance improvement, and business transformation initiatives
  • Represent leadership intent with confidence and professionalism
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience operating as a senior finance leader or trusted second-in-command
  • Strong commercial acumen and enterprise-wide business understanding
  • Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
  • Experience within complex, operationally intensive, or transformation-led environments
  • Calm, decisive leadership style with excellent judgement
  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and relationship management skills
  • Board exposure and multinational governance experience highly regarded
