- Improve EBITDA, cash generation and return on invested capital.
- Develop scalable systems, processes and performance disciplines.
- Maintain a relentless focus on customer service and operational excellence.
- Build strong relationships with major customers, regulators, government agencies and other key stakeholders.
- Foster a culture centred on safety, accountability, performance and continuous improvement.
You are an experienced Chief Executive or General Manager with a track record of leading large operational businesses through periods of growth and transformation.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-site operations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience improving operational efficiency and organisational performance.
- A proven ability to scale businesses while maintaining operational discipline.
- The ability to build high-performing executive teams.
- Strong governance capability and experience working closely with Boards.
- A pragmatic, hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability and delivery.
