About the Role
As Chief Executive Officer, you will report directly to the Board of Directors. Your mandate is clear: stabilise performance, embed operational excellence, and rebuild stakeholder confidence. The platform is in place—what’s needed is a leader who brings energy, credibility, and focus.
This is not a first-time CEO appointment. It’s an opportunity for a proven leader to make a tangible impact, delivering on the organisation’s potential while building a resilient, safety-focused, and values-driven culture.
Key Priorities for FY2025
- Restore Group Profitability : Execute cost-out and revenue-lift strategies with discipline—route optimisation, pricing, margin review, and performance cadence are central.
- Lead Cultural Reset : Rebuild trust through clarity, accountability, and safety-first behaviours. Frontline visibility and leadership cohesion are vital.
- Standardise Operations : Drive ERP utilisation, job costing, and customer onboarding protocols across all units and acquisitions.
- Deliver Disciplined Growth : Execute on geographic expansion, deepen market penetration, and lead bolt-on M&A integration.
- Rebuild Credibility : Engage customers and investors transparently, demonstrating measurable turnaround traction and leadership maturity.
