About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Auckland Manager to lead and shape the high-quality delivery of service to clients. Reporting to the General Manager, and in collaboration with the technical team, this role will be pivotal in overseeing our multi-disciplinary service delivery functions – including body corporate management, business development, and administration.
You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure service consistency, compliance with contractual obligations and legislative standards, and, most importantly, high client satisfaction. You’ll also have a direct hand in shaping team culture, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and embedding service excellence into every layer of the business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and mentoring teams of service professionals.
- Overseeing service strategy execution, aligning operations with business goals.
- Driving customer satisfaction through quality control, feedback loops, and innovation.
- Implementing scalable systems and procedures to maintain and enhance service standards and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring team training, compliance, and ongoing performance management.
- Monitoring client retention and designing strategies for loss prevention.
- Monitoring operational functionality to identify risks and areas for improvement.
You will have a service mindset and proven leadership experience in dynamic environments, delivering operational excellence. Commercial acumen is also essential.

- Strong experience in service delivery development and implementation.
- Experience applying property law or implementing regulatory requirements
- Exceptional team leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience improving customer satisfaction metrics.
- Strong financial and business management knowledge, ideally in the property sector.
- Strategic problem-solving and innovation capability.
- Experience in property law application.
- Ability to identify challenges to efficient and effective service operations and implement solutions.
- A tertiary qualification and a demonstrated commitment to continual learning.
