About the Role
Strata is seeking an Auckland Manager to oversee and lead the largest branch in the company. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will have responsibility for leading the management team comprising of head of departments in body corporate management, legal, administration, and business development.
You will be responsible for ensuring cohesion and alignment across departments, meeting and exceeding client expectations, driving service delivery to a consistently high standard, and upholding all contractual obligations within relevant legislation. Your leadership will directly shape the culture and performance of the Auckland team while supporting Strata’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a multi-functional team
  • Overseeing branch management and service delivery strategy execution
  • Ensuring compliance with service agreements and legislative requirements
  • Monitoring client retention and developing improvement strategies
  • Driving customer satisfaction through proactive solutions and feedback loops
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and implementing best-practice processes
  • Providing operational and legal oversight across client contracts
  • Championing a culture of excellence and professional development
  • Monthly reporting to the General Manager on strategic priorities
What We’re Looking For
You are an experienced, commercially minded leader with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to manage complexity. You bring energy and a commitment to delivering excellence, inspiring those around you to achieve outstanding results.
  • At least one tertiary qualification including law.
  • 4–5 years of senior leadership experience in branch or practice management
  • Strong understanding of property, financial, and business management
  • Experience in customer satisfaction measurement and improvement
  • Advanced interpersonal, negotiation, and facilitation skills
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with relevant property legislation such as the Unit Titles Act, Building Act, etc (ideally)
  • Strategic thinking and a track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
