Niamh joined the resourcing team at Farrow Jamieson in October 2020. At this point she had been working in recruitment for nearly 6 years and had spent most of this time managing a busy temporary recruitment desk. Over this period, she has developed the excellent ability of finding high calibre candidates and matching them to suitable roles.
Prior to working in recruitment Niamh graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy and she is also a qualified Pilates Instructor. Research has always been a central element of her roles and she transferred this skill from researching exercise and treatment to researching people.
Niamh uses a variety of techniques to track down candidates and she is always on the lookout for new and innovating ways of sourcing the best people for our clients.
