Unveiling our new Chairman

Farrow Jamieson wants you to be among the first to hear about our number of initiatives.

Firstly, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Pip Kempthorne as Chairman of our Advisory Board. Pip will be known to many of you as a prominent member of the New Zealand business community.

He brings extensive experience in the area of executive search, recruitment and management consulting, with organisations such as Morgan and Banks Ltd (founder director), Momentum Consulting Group, H2R Consulting and K2 Consulting.

I first met Pip in 1981 and have kept in contact both personally and professionally over the years. Pip joined us in April, and since then Pip has become very familiar with our business model, which he holds in high regard. We are thrilled to have him on board to further leverage the operational, technological and consultant strengths within our business.

In addition to Pip joining our Advisory Board, he will also take up the role as Head of The FJ Advisory Practice.

The FJ Advisory Practice will incorporate our consulting activities in organisational design, remuneration advice, succession planning, 360 degree reviews, poor performance investigation, psychological appraisal services and outplacement.  The objective of FJ Advisory is to ensure the effective use of human capital to maximise shareholder value.

If you would like to touch base with Pip at any time please feel free to email him at pip@farrowjamieson.com or call him on 021 920 730 and have a chat.

Rosemary MacGibbon , will work alongside Pip and bring to the team her immense experience which has included over 30 years of assessing senior executives and ensuring that an individual’s skills and capabilities are maximised for any role at hand and future development.
