A new initiative in 2007 was to interview clients by video on the requirements that they were looking for in an individual or position.  Examples were the Chairman of a Board who talked not only about the company and the products but also about the sort of person he was looking for as a CEO.  Candidates were able to log on to our website and download or watch this video at any time and it created a high degree of intimacy with the company and an opportunity for potential CEO candidates to view the Chairman and gain an understanding of the potential working relationship.

The company gained the opportunity to promote their products and highlight their culture.

The candidates gained an opportunity to explore what the working relationship may be with the chairman.

Both Client and Candidates responded very favorably to the initiative.
