Throughout her fifteen year career within recruitment and human resources consulting, Sue has held dual roles of business manager and consultant from Auckland and Christchurch locations. She has experience within a large global organisation and private consultancy. Some achievements for Sue have been the successful establishment of new regional operations, driving the introduction of both existing and new brands into the market.

Executive recruitment experience covers various industry and role scopes including engineering, operations, project management, analyst, sales & marketing, human resources and finance in both specialist and management context.

As well as assisting a number of organisations undergo change by providing career transition services, she has lead re-organisation project teams through project planning and managing recruitment and psychometric assessment delivery.

Sue is passionate about the South Island. Her knowledge and appreciation stems from spending earlier years in Southland and Otago and more recently ten years based in Christchurch. She genuinely enjoys working with both candidates and companies, consulting across the range of industries typical of the region.
