Praveen’s experience in the fields of Social Work working within the challenging arena of mental health and child protection honed her ability to assess often stressful situations and work to empower individuals.   Realising her strengths in facilitation and training encouraged her to explore a career in adult education and professional development.

Managing recruitment in the health and related, scientific and technical sectors has been a natural progression.  She has a variety of Australian and New Zealand based companies with whom she partners to provide quality staff in predominately sales and marketing roles.   She has successfully helped with recruitment in both medical devices and is further developing work within the scientific, pharmaceutical and natural health area.
