Matthew has over ten year’s recruitment experience in the UK, Australia and most recently in New Zealand. After graduating with a business degree from Leicester University, he entered the recruitment market in London as a contract recruiter. After a number of years recruiting, Matthew joined a financial recruitment company and quickly established himself as a top billing contract consultant in a number of sectors. This led to him leading a team of successful contract recruiters. He also spent time in Australia establishing the company in Sydney. He returned to London as Sales Director leading the contract and permanent teams across the UK. Matthew moved to New Zealand a few years ago and has moved into the senior executive leasing market with Farrow Jamieson using his vast experience to assist clients find the resources to fill short term gaps or complete outstanding projects without increasing full time headcount.
