Heidi graduated with a BSc in Computer Science and Economics in Germany and  her career included software development, business analysis, ERP implementation and account management for one of the largest German technology companies, Siemens Nixdorf. In New Zealand Heidi worked with Paxus Corporation (CSC) and account managed the IT service provision to several large South Island Area Health Boards.  

Fifteen years ago Heidi joined the IT Recruitment industry, initially working for a small boutique recruitment company and later for a larger, global organisation. 

Heidi’s hands-on knowledge of the various IT disciplines enables her to recognise talents in the market as well as provide career advice.  She has been active on industry advisory boards for tertiary institutions in regard to IT training needs and is a member of the NZ Computer Society (since 1993).

Heidi recruits at all levels of the Information Technology and Telecommunication industry, from CIO to Help Desk level.  She has a particularly strong success record with contractor placements across the whole South Island. 

Heidi has developed a large network of candidates and clients in the local market and prides herself in not only matching technical people requirements but also cultural and long term career fit.
