| David is a degree-qualified engineer with experience in recruiting for a wide range of technical and engineering roles. After establishing his career in engineering, David sought a more people-focussed vocation. Recruitment was the natural progression. David developed a forte for placing consulting engineers (of all disciplines) and architects. History has shown that he has the ability to successfully source and place high calibre candidates in these increasingly skill-short sectors. His success in these fields is attributable to two main factors: • an ability to understand clients’ needs for highly technical roles, and • an ability to understand engineers!!. David directs his efforts towards providing answers for difficult questions and accordingly would love to hear from people who wish to redirect their career, or clients who have awkward roles to fill.
