Adam has over 10 years experience in recruiting senior level accounting and finance roles. Prior to immigrating to New Zealand from UK in 2002 he moved into recruitment having earlier gained a BSc (Hons) in Hotel & Tourism Management and working in the hospitality industry. Adam has significant networks in the accountancy and finance markets having recruited in the New Zealand market for over 8 years across all sectors in both the contracting and permanent market. He has extensive experience in dealing with clients in manufacturing, retail, services, utilities, local government and IT & T. Gaining a full understanding of the motivation of candidates and clients is of critical importance and through experience these motivations can be vastly different for each individual, therefore focussing on the small details often overlooked ensures a successful outcome. This approach means that many of Adam’s previous candidates are now clients and vice versa creating very solid and highly effective working relationships.
